OUTDOOR LIVING
Various terraces surround the house, leading to a large private swimming pool, teak sun loungers and idyllic mountain views. A winding path leads through giant cactus plants down to the tennis court, overlooking the orange groves and mountains.
The traditional Spanish Naya offers a beautiful shaded area, ideal for dining al fresco. A bougainvillea-filled courtyard with a second outdoor dining table, BBQ and outdoor sofas make the perfect spot to relax and while away the hours.
INDOOR LIVING
Inside the property has 5 double/twin bedrooms all of which can be configured as doubles or twins. The finca is equipped with a large farmhouse kitchen complete with 5 hob range oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and two fridges. The downstairs ensuite bedroom has beautiful antique beds and two further downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with walk-in shower. There’s a games room with a pool table and sofas set around an old fireplace to kick back in the cool of the house.
A staircase leads from the sitting room to two further double bedrooms sharing a large bathroom opening onto a roof terrace. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a Juliet balcony overlooking the pool area and surrounding countryside. The spacious farmhouse is low-key, charming and comfortable with excellent wifi throughout the house and A/C in all the bedrooms.

An hour from either Valencia or Alicante airports, Finca de Valls is close to the historic market town of Javea and its’ famous churches, markets, cobbled streets and plazas. Javea has numerous excellent restaurants, bars, shops and cafes.
A mile and a half further on is Javea Port, boasting beachfront restaurants, swimming and boating and all that the glamorous Spanish town has to offer.
The Finca is nestled at the foot of the vast protected region of Montgo National Park, renowned for its stunning forests; ideal for hikes, walks and trekking. It’s also within easy distance of the award-winning beautiful Portixell peninsula with cliff-top walking trails, and beautiful coves and beaches to explore, many with stunning beachside restaurants.
